Refund & Cancellation Policy

How to cancel your CBAMable subscription, what happens to your access, and when refunds may apply.

Overview

CBAMable offers monthly subscription plans (Partner, Broker, Broker Plus). All subscription plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.

This policy explains how cancellation works, when access ends, and what refunds are available. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time using either of the following methods:

  • Self-service: From within the app, go to Billing & PlanManage billing. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel your subscription immediately.
  • By email: Send a cancellation request to support@cbamable.com. We will process your request within 2 business days and confirm by email.

There are no cancellation fees or penalties. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling.

Access after cancellation

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current paid billing period. You will retain full access to the platform — including all paid features, Client Spaces and reports — until that date.

After the billing period ends, your account will revert to a free (guest) status. You will no longer be able to create new paid reports or access paid features. Your account data and any saved reports will remain available in read-only form for a reasonable period; contact us at support@cbamable.com if you need to export your data.

Refunds

Monthly subscriptions

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has commenced. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months.

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • A significant technical fault caused by CBAMable prevented you from accessing the platform for a material proportion of the billing period, and the issue was reported to us and not resolved.
  • You were charged in error (for example, duplicate charges).
  • A refund is required by applicable law (including UK consumer protection legislation — noting that CBAMable is a B2B platform and consumer rights may not apply to business customers).

To request a refund, contact support@cbamable.com within 7 days of the charge you wish to dispute, including your account email and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days.

Refunds, where approved, are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Plan downgrade or switch

Changing to a lower-tier or free plan does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts already paid for the current billing period. The change takes effect from your next billing date.

Failed payments

If a subscription payment fails (for example, due to an expired card or insufficient funds), Stripe will automatically retry the charge. We will notify you by email if a payment fails.

If payment cannot be collected after retries, we may suspend your access to paid features until payment is received. Your account and data will not be deleted due to a payment failure alone — contact us at support@cbamable.com if you are experiencing payment difficulties.

Enterprise plans

Enterprise and custom arrangements are governed by the specific terms agreed in your order form or service agreement. In the event of any conflict between this policy and your enterprise agreement, the enterprise agreement takes precedence.
